Tyler had a little fun in the sun with these guys. The day turned out great and he used the light in most of their shots. Enjoy a few of our favorites from their engagement session. Stay tuned for their wedding June 2009.
Jesse is a poker buddy of my husbands. We had all known one another originally from KState, but it was such a pleasure to get to meet Jesse’s luminous and lighthearted wife Amy. Take a look at some of my favorites of these two…… Read the rest

Well hello there! Sure is nice to see this place again!
So sorry to my fellow blog readers for my huge absence. It has just been totally nuts around here. I do not know which end is up anymore. However my absence is going to be totally worth it. But you must wait for a massive announcement as to what I have been up to for so long. It will be worth it, promise. Just stay tuned.
Anyway back to the task at hand, which is getting you all caught up on what I have been documenting lately. We have had some amazing weddings over the past few months. We documented an amazing story up in Iowa, got caught in the rain down in the Florida Keys, and have been shooting tons of fantastic local weddings.
One of which was Jamie and Will’s wedding, this past September. This was a great wedding with tons of family and friends everywhere. Including the brides dog, playing a very important role. Really fun group with a wonderful wedding and a crazy party to follow!

Leah and Erich had me excited for all of the beauty at their wedding as she talked about the special details they were incorporating for their guests: a really fun band, a Grey Goose Martini Bar, ice sculptures, Cigar bars, lounging areas on the golf course. But what was most exciting to me was the fact that the ceremony would be especially personal, taking place in the backyard of Leah’s mother’s home. When we pulled into their beautiful Columbia neighborhood and saw the home, we were just giddy about how lovely it was. A gorgeous fall day, and a wedding that lived up to all the fun that it was anticipated to be. Congratulations Leah and Erich, and thank you so much for having me along. It has been so fun getting to know you guys this year!
