I got the rare chance to document a proposal the other night that was wonderfully thought out.

Connor was very forward thinking and contacted us a few weeks ago wanting us to document his proposal to his girlfriend.  The plan took a few turns but in the end turned out perfect.

It took place at his parents house under a lone tree on their property.  He led Elyse down a path lined with luminaries that lead to the tree that was wrapped in lights with an antique chandelier dangling from a branch right as dusk fell.  There was a table with a gift waiting for her as well.  As she was opening the gift, a new camera, Connor went down on one knee and popped the question.  “Of course”, was her answer.  It was awesome.  They then took a minute to revel in the moment with a glass of wine before heading up to the house where their family and friends were waiting to celebrate with them.

Good job Connor for the heads up thinking and execution with the plan.  Thanks for letting me be a part of it.
